Types of projects

The projects presented may be of two types: for productive investments and for non-productive investments:

a) They are defined as productive investment: the activities that involve the performance of an economic activity, tending to the production of goods or services and that involve a creation and / or maintenance of employment.

b) They are defined as non-productive investment: those that do not involve the initiation or development of an economic activity and / or are not affected by an economic activity. Likewise, projects of public interest which, although constituting an economic activity or being engaged in an economic activity, do not affect the competition regime in the territory in question.

Joint projects: when the entities that can be beneficiaries concur together as a grouping of entities. In this case, a representative or sole agent of the grouping, who will be one of the requesting entities, with sufficient powers to fulfill the obligations that, as beneficiary, correspond to the grouping must be appointed.
